1) Suede

Suede is a material that is sensitive to moisture and heat. In addition, due to the dyeing process used to achieve its soft surface texture, color transfer may occur to clothing, bags, or other materials. Please take extra care during use.

* Compared to standard leather, suede cowhide is softer and lighter in weight, making it more susceptible to damage caused by external impact, friction, or abrasion.

* Due to the natural characteristics of suede, vein marks, wrinkles, spots, grain variations, and differences in texture or color may be visible. These are inherent features of genuine leather and should not be considered defects.

* Damage caused by color transfer, staining, or friction during use cannot be restored. As a result, after-sales service (A/S) may be limited for such cases.

Product Care & Precautions

∙ Applying a nubuck-specific water-repellent spray before use may help prevent stains and contamination. When applying, spray evenly from a distance of approximately 20–30 cm (8–12 inches) from the product. Reapply every 3–4 weeks as needed and allow the product to dry completely in a shaded, well-ventilated area before use.

3) Leopard suede

Due to the natural characteristics of goat leather, each hide has a relatively small surface area. As a result, multiple pieces of leather may be used in the construction of a single bag.For this reason, slight variations in grain pattern, texture, or color may be visible between different panels of the product. These variations are inherent characteristics of genuine goat leather and are not considered defects.

* This material is crafted using a special dyeing technique. Due to the nature of the finishing process, even light exposure to moisture may cause discoloration, color transfer, or color bleeding.

* Due to the natural characteristics of genuine suede leather, vein marks, wrinkles, scars, and natural markings may be visible. Variations in texture and color may also occur depending on the area of the leather. These are natural features of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

Product Care & Precautions

∙ This material is sensitive to moisture and heat. In addition, due to the dyeing process used to achieve its soft surface finish, color transfer may occur onto clothing, bags, or other materials. Please handle with care during use.

We recommend reapplying the water-repellent spray periodically depending on usage and environmental conditions.

4) Washed nappa

Washed Nappa leather is specially treated to enhance its natural wrinkles and vintage character. Due to the nature of this finishing process, the color and texture may continue to develop and evolve naturally over time depending on usage and environmental conditions.

These characteristics are inherent to the material and contribute to its unique appearance.

* Compared to other types of leather, Nappa leather is softer and lighter, making it more susceptible to signs of wear such as scratches, pressure marks, creasing, and abrasion caused by external impact, friction, or pressure. In particular, the edges and corners of the bag are areas that are subject to repeated friction during use and may show wear over time depending on usage habits and environmental conditions. These characteristics are a natural result of the soft nature of Nappa leather and are not considered product defects.

* Please note that wear, scratches, abrasion, or damage occurring during use are not eligible for exchange, refund, compensation, or repair services.

Product Care & Precautions

∙ Upon receiving the product, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. This may help reduce any excess surface oils from the leather.

∙ When used with light-colored clothing, color transfer may occur due to friction. Please take extra care during use.

∙ If water or beverages come into contact with the leather, gently blot the area immediately with a dry cloth to absorb the moisture. Do not rub, as this may spread the stain.

5) Pull-up

Pull-up leather is richly infused with oils, giving it a distinctive appearance that evolves over time. Natural color variations may appear in areas exposed to bending, friction, or pressure during use.

As the leather ages, its unique vintage character, texture, and depth of color become more pronounced, creating a naturally developed patina that is unique to each product.

* During the washing and finishing process, lighter two-tone effects may appear in areas where the leather has been folded, creased, or lightly scratched. These variations are characteristic of pull-up leather and are not considered defects.

* Due to the natural oils contained within the leather, variations in color tone and sheen may develop over time depending on usage and environmental conditions. These changes are a natural characteristic of the material and contribute to its unique appearance.

Product Care & Precautions

∙ Pull-up leather is naturally prone to minor scratches, fingernail marks, and surface scuffs. In many cases, these marks can be reduced by gently rubbing the area with your fingers, as the warmth and pressure help redistribute the oils within the leather.

∙ Over time, the natural oils contained in pull-up leather may gradually diminish, causing the surface to become drier and further enhancing its unique character.

∙ Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures may cause the oils within the leather to evaporate, potentially resulting in discoloration or hardening of the leather. Store the product in a cool, shaded, and well-ventilated area.

∙ Pull-up leather contains a high concentration of oils. The use of general waterproofing sprays is not recommended, as they may cause staining, discoloration, or changes to the leather's appearance.

∙ If surface scratches become noticeable, a small amount of mild, fragrance-free leather cream may be gently applied with a soft cloth. Ingredients similar to the natural oils found in pull-up leather may help reduce the appearance of scratches.

Please note that even among pull-up leathers, certain colors or finishes may not be suitable for leather cream application. Improper use may result in discoloration or staining. We strongly recommend contacting Customer Service before applying any leather care products.

6) Cracked

Cracked leather is designed to develop a distinctive vintage character over time. As the product is used and naturally ages, the leather surface may exhibit cracking, abrasion, distressing, or partial peeling.

These changes are inherent characteristics of cracked leather and contribute to its unique texture and appearance. They are considered a natural part of the material's aging process and are not regarded as product defects.

Please note that surface changes resulting from these material characteristics are not eligible for exchange, refund, compensation, or repair services.

* Color transfer may occur as a result of friction with dark-colored clothing. Please note that once color transfer occurs, it may be difficult to restore the affected area. Such cases are not eligible for repair, exchange, refund, or compensation, so we kindly ask that you take extra care during use.

* The depth of the cracks and the surface texture may naturally evolve over time with use. These changes are inherent characteristics of cracked leather and are part of the process that creates its unique vintage appearance and character. They are not considered product defects.

Product Care & Precautions

∙ Due to the nature of cracked leather, which features a surface with fine creases and fissures, dust and debris may become trapped more easily. After use, gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth or microfiber cloth to help keep it clean.

∙ If stains or dirt occur, avoid rubbing the surface aggressively. Instead, apply a small amount of leather cleaner to a soft cloth and gently dab the affected area.

∙ Polishes, oils, and other leather care products may alter the unique texture and appearance of cracked leather. Please use such products with caution.

∙ When using a waterproofing spray, certain ingredients may cause changes in sheen, discoloration, or staining of the leather surface. We recommend testing the product on an inconspicuous area before applying it to the entire item.

7) Crinkle / Glossy plain

- Crinkle leather is a material finished with a special coating process to create a naturally wrinkled appearance. The shape, depth, and distribution of the wrinkles may vary from product to product. These variations are inherent characteristics of crinkle leather and are not considered defects. With use, the leather may gradually become more supple, allowing its natural character and patina to develop over time.

- Glossy plain leather is characterized by its smooth, grain-free surface and subtle sheen. It offers a soft texture and a clean, refined appearance. Depending on usage and environmental conditions, natural creasing and surface scratches may occur over time. These changes are a normal characteristic of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

Product Care & Precautions

∙ Although this leather is relatively resistant to scratches, we recommend gently wiping the surface with a soft microfiber cloth after use.

∙ If the leather comes into contact with water, gently blot the area immediately with a dry cloth to absorb the moisture. Leaving the leather wet or rubbing the surface vigorously may cause damage.

∙ When leather care is required, please use a leather cleaner that is specifically formulated for leather and free of alcohol-based ingredients.

∙ When storing the product, keep it in its dust bag and away from direct sunlight. Please take care to avoid friction or contact with other leather items during storage.

∙ If pressure marks or indentations occur, do not attempt to force them out. Store the product in a way that helps maintain its shape, as these marks may naturally soften and become less noticeable over time.

8) Semi-vegetable tanned Leather

Semi-vegetable tanned cow leather is produced through a combination of vegetable tanning and chrome tanning techniques. Over time, the leather naturally develops a rich patina and subtle variations in tone, creating a distinctive character that evolves with age and use.

* Semi-vegetable tanned leather may gradually change in color over time when exposed to light. This is a natural characteristic of the leather's aging process and is not considered a defect. To help preserve the product's appearance, we recommend storing it away from direct sunlight.

* Color transfer may occur as a result of friction with dark-colored clothing. Please note that once color transfer occurs, it may be difficult to restore the affected area. Such cases are not eligible for repair, exchange, refund, or compensation, so we kindly ask that you take extra care during use.

Product Care & Precautions

∙ If the leather comes into contact with water, gently blot the area immediately with a dry cloth to absorb the moisture. If moisture penetrates the leather, water marks, staining, or localized color variations may occur.

∙ Store the product in a cool, well-ventilated place. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures may cause discoloration, changes in color tone, or hardening of the leather.
