SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
ORDER

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Please make sure the items and information in your cart are correct before completing your purchase.
EXCHANGE

We do not currently offer exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
SHIPPING

International customers can browse and shop in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the website.

All international orders are shipped via DHL.
DUTIES & TAXES

Duties and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on your country, duties and taxes may either be included in the total at checkout or, if not included, you may choose to pay them at checkout or upon delivery.

If you select “pay on delivery,” the carrier may not deliver your package until all required duties and taxes are paid.
RETURNS PROCESS

Submit a return request on our website, including your order number, name, the item you wish to return, and the reason.

Once approved, you will receive a return approval email.

A prepaid DHL return label will then be sent to you by email. Within 3 days of receiving the label, you must schedule a DHL pickup or drop off the package at your nearest DHL location.

If there is no movement on the tracking information for an extended period after the label has been issued, the return will be considered withdrawn and may be deemed ineligible or rejected.
RETURNS – ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for unused and unwashed products only.

Returns will not be accepted if any of the following are missing or damaged:

Clothing tags, plastic coverings for handles or straps, dust bags, or hangers.
In such cases, the product will be considered as “used.”

If you believe your product is defective, please email cs_margesherwood@ccolon.co.kr with your order number, name, and photos of the defect. Our team will review and advise you on the next steps.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are not a fixed flat fee but are calculated based on product weight according to the rate table.

For returns due to change of mind or undeliverable packages, both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee will be charged to the customer.

The return shipping fee may differ from the original shipping fee.

If the recipient’s information is incorrect or cannot be verified, the package may be returned, and round-trip shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Return labels cannot be issued for APO/FPO addresses.
REFUNDS

All returned items are individually inspected to confirm they are unused and unwashed.

If a return is rejected after inspection, the item will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method (including prepaid credit cards).
OTHER CONDITIONS

Excessive, unreasonable, or fraudulent returns — as well as violations of this policy — may result in restrictions on future orders or returns.
