SHIPPING

International customers can browse and shop in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the website.
All international orders are shipped via DHL.

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties and taxes are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, and all applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on the country, duties and taxes may either be included in the total checkout amount or, if not included, you may choose to pay them at checkout or upon delivery.

If you select “pay on delivery,” the carrier may not deliver the package until all required duties and taxes have been paid.

Charged in checkout
→ Duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout. No additional charges will apply later.

Charged on delivery
→ Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. You will be required to pay them separately to the carrier upon delivery.

RETURNS

MARGESHERWOOD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Return shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight according to the rate table and are not a fixed flat fee.

If you believe your product is defective, please email us at [cs_margesherwood@ccolon.co.kr] with your order number, name, and a photo of the defect. Our team will review and advise you on the next steps.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for unused products only.
Please note that returns will not be accepted if any of the following are missing or damaged: clothing tags, plastic coverings for handles or straps, dust bags, or hangers. These cases will be considered as used.

If a return is rejected after inspection, the product will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method (including prepaid credit cards).

For returns due to a change of mind or undeliverable packages, both the original shipping fee and return shipping fee will be charged to the customer. Please note that the return shipping fee may differ from the original shipping fee.

If the recipient’s information is incorrect or cannot be verified, the package may be returned, and round-trip shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
Please ensure that all order information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Returns labels cannot be issued for APO/FPO addresses.

RETURNS PROCESS & REFUNDS

Once you submit a return request through our website, a return approval email will be sent to you.

After approval, a prepaid DHL return label will be emailed to you. Please schedule a pickup or drop off the package at your nearest DHL location within 3 days of receiving the label.

All returns are individually reviewed to confirm the item is unused and unwashed, and the final decision is at the sole discretion of MARGESHERWOOD.

Excessive, unreasonable, or fraudulent returns — as well as violations of this policy — may result in future orders or returns being denied.
This policy is in place to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
