Orders

Q. ORDER PROCESSING & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

All orders placed before 11 AM (KST) will be prepared for shipment and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding pre-order items).
Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, but may take longer depending on the destination country and courier circumstances.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in processing or support times.

Q. INTERNATIONAL PRICING

Prices on the global site may differ from those on the Korean site due to exchange rates and various distribution factors.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER A PRE-ORDER ITEM TOGETHER WITH AN IN-STOCK ITEM?

If you purchase a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, your order will be shipped together based on the latest estimated shipping date.
For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders.

Q. HOW CAN I CHECK THE SHIPPING DATE FOR A PRE-ORDER ITEM?

Q. IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE OR CANCEL THIS ITEM?

Once the payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled or changed.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please send your order number and name to cs_margesherwood@ccolon.co.kr
. We will check the status of your order and assist with the cancellation if the preparation has not yet begun.
Please note that cancellations may not be possible depending on the status of the order.

Q. CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?

Once payment is completed, your order cannot be modified.
If you wish to change the color or model, please cancel the existing order and place a new one.
To request a cancellation, please email us with your order number and name, and we will check the status of your order.
If the order has not yet entered the shipping process, we will proceed with the cancellation.

Q. WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Korea to the customer's address.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Q. WHERE CAN I CHECK MY ORDER HISTORY?

You can check your order history through your account page or the order confirmation email.
If you did not receive the order confirmation email, please make sure that your email address was entered correctly.

If the email address was entered incorrectly, please contact us through 1:1 inquiry to verify or update your email address.
Please note that if the email address is incorrect, you will not receive any emails regarding your order or delivery.

Q. AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, your confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order via the relevant courier company.

Q. TAXES AND DUTIES

Duties and taxes are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, and all applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on the country, duties and taxes may either be included in the total checkout amount or, if not included, you may choose to pay them at checkout or upon delivery.

If you select “pay on delivery,” the carrier may not deliver the package until all required duties and taxes have been paid.

Q. CAN I TRACK MY RETURNED PARCEL?

You will receive an email with a prepaid return label and tracking number.
You can track your return using the provided tracking number.
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will notify you via email.

Q. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Return shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight according to the rate table and are not a fixed flat fee.
Once you submit a return request through our website, a return approval email will be sent to you.
After approval, a prepaid DHL return label will be emailed to you. Please schedule a pickup or drop off the package at your nearest DHL location within 3 days of receiving the label.

All returns are individually reviewed to confirm the item is unused and unwashed, and the final decision is at the sole discretion of MARGESHERWOOD.

Excessive, unreasonable, or fraudulent returns — as well as violations of this policy — may result in future orders or returns being denied.
This policy is in place to ensure the best possible service for our customers.

Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service at cs_margesherwood@ccolon.co.kr with your order number and photos of the issue for further assistance.

Q. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY ORDER?

Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that if the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g., worn, damaged), the refund may be denied.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Q. CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCT

All Margesherwood products are crafted from genuine leather. By avoiding excessive processing, we strive to preserve the natural texture of the leather.
As a result, surfaces may exhibit natural characteristics such as slight wrinkles, fine marks, or minor glossy traces. These are not defects but a reflection of the leather's authenticity.
Additionally, minor creases or impressions that may occur during shipping are not considered grounds for exchanges or refunds.

-Leather can be damaged, discolored, or deformed due to friction, moisture, or specific temperatures. Avoid exposing products to direct sunlight or humidity.
-To prevent moisture and maintain shape, store your bag in its original box or dust bag.
-If the leather becomes soiled, seek professional cleaning services instead of attempting to clean it yourself.
-If the leather gets wet, gently wipe it with a dry cloth and allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
-Light-colored leather may develop stains when in contact with dyed clothing or other external factors.
-Processed leather types such as nubuck, suede, or washed pull-up leather may transfer color when worn with light-colored clothing.
-Please refer to the detailed product pages for proper usage and care instructions.
-Leather products should never be washed with water.
-Avoid contact with detergents, alcohol, oil-based substances, cosmetics, or other chemicals, as they can cause discoloration, stains, or damage to the leather.
-Such damage is often irreversible and cannot be repaired through after-sales service (A/S). Please handle with care.
-The front logo, created with silver or gold foil, is applied using a precise foil stamping technique.

Due to the nature of the material, gradual wear may occur over time through repeated contact with hands, clothing, or other surfaces during everyday use.
In particular, soft and glossy leather surfaces are more sensitive to friction, which may cause the logo to fade more easily.
Additionally, the thin and refined font used in MARGESHERWOOD products may naturally wear or become faint over time, even under normal usage conditions.

Q. WHAT TYPES OF DAMAGE ARE NOT COVERED UNDER YOUR WARRANTY OR REPAIR POLICY?

We are not responsible for defects or damage resulting from the following:

-Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to the natural aging of leather, lining, or metal hardware.
-Improper or rough handling, such as dropping, bending, dragging, or scratching the product.

The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase.
Within this period, repair services may be available depending on the condition of the item and the nature of the damage, even if the damage was caused by customer use.
However, round-trip shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
